Workplace Accident Attorney in Pennsylvania
Workers’ Compensation Counsel from an Attorney Who Knows Both Sides
When an insurance company receives your workers’ compensation claim, it isn’t neutral. It’s looking for reasons to deny it, reduce it, or dispute whether your injury is work-related. Paula Robinson has spent more than 35 years in workers’ compensation law, including time representing employers, so she knows exactly how those defense strategies get built. At Robinson Law LLC, she now puts that knowledge entirely in your corner. Clients work directly with Paula from the first call through final resolution.
Founded in 2011, Robinson Law LLC has recovered millions of dollars for injured Pennsylvania workers. Paula holds a 10/10 Avvo score backed by more than 200 client reviews and has earned the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award three consecutive years: 2023, 2024, and 2025. We serve clients in English and Spanish (se habla Español) because language should never be a barrier to getting the help you need.

Pennsylvania Workplace Accident Claims Paula Handles
Pennsylvania’s workers’ compensation system covers a wide range of injuries, from sudden accidents to conditions that develop over time. Falls, machinery incidents, construction accidents, work-related vehicle collisions, and burns are all covered. So are repetitive stress injuries, occupational diseases, and hearing loss that builds over years of exposure. If your injury arose in the course of employment, Pennsylvania’s no-fault system means benefits may be available regardless of who caused the accident.
Claims don’t always go smoothly. Insurers deny benefits, dispute whether an injury is work-related, or pressure workers to return before they’re medically ready. Reduced benefit payments and employer challenges are also common. Robinson Law LLC handles all of it: initial filings, disputes, settlement negotiations, court hearings, and appeals for denied claims. Clients have secured coverage for medical bills, specialist visits, diagnostic testing, prescriptions, physical therapy, and surgery costs through the claims Paula has resolved.
What Sets Robinson Law LLC Apart for Pennsylvania Workers
Many firms serving workers’ compensation clients in Pennsylvania handle multiple practice areas and route clients through paralegals or case managers. Robinson Law LLC is structured differently at every level.
Workers’ Compensation Only
Paula works exclusively in workers’ compensation law. No personal injury, no family law, no criminal defense. Every negotiation tactic and procedural decision comes from a career spent entirely in this one area of Pennsylvania law.
Direct Access to Paula Robinson
When you hire Robinson Law LLC, you work with Paula directly, not a staff member who relays messages. You can reach her for answers, updates, and explanations throughout your entire case. For workers whose income and medical care depend on a claim’s outcome, that access matters.
Inside Knowledge of Insurer Defense Tactics
Paula’s career included representing employers, which means she understands how insurance companies evaluate and challenge claims. She uses that background when building your case and negotiating on your behalf.
Coordinated Personal Injury Referral Network
When a workplace accident also involves a negligent third party (a contractor, equipment manufacturer, or another driver), it can give rise to both a workers’ compensation claim and a personal injury claim at the same time. Paula doesn’t handle personal injury cases, but she maintains relationships with experienced personal injury attorneys across Pennsylvania and actively coordinates both cases. The two claims are legally intertwined.
Honest Case Assessments
Paula tells clients where their case actually stands rather than making promises she can’t keep. That realistic guidance means you can make informed decisions throughout the process.
Robinson Law LLC is also recognized by Super Lawyers and Expertise and holds BBB accreditation. Free consultations are available before you make any decisions about moving forward.
What Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Covers for Work Accidents
Under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act, injured workers may be entitled to wage-loss benefits of approximately two-thirds of their average weekly wage while they’re unable to work, subject to a state maximum. Medical benefits can cover reasonable and necessary treatment related to the work injury, with no dollar or time cap imposed by state law. Specific loss benefits are also available for permanent injuries: loss of a limb, permanent hearing or vision loss, or serious and permanent disfigurement of the head, face, or neck. They can be paid even if the worker returns to employment.
There are deadlines attached to these rights. Injured workers have 120 days to notify their employer of a work injury, and claims must be filed within three years of the injury date. Robinson Law LLC works to help Pennsylvania clients avoid losing benefits they may be entitled to because of a procedural misstep or an insurer’s pressure tactics.
