Paula Robinson, owner and founder of Robinson Law LLC in Center Valley, Pennsylvania, has dedicated her career to protecting the rights of injured workers. After witnessing the injustice that injured workers can face, she made it her mission to personally represent those who have been injured on the job and help them obtain the benefits and compensation to which they are entitled.
Founded in 2011, Robinson Law LLC has helped Pennsylvania workers across the state navigate the workers’ compensation system. Attorney Robinson has been practicing workers’ compensation law for more than 35 years and has represented both employers and employees, giving her firsthand knowledge and experience with insurance companies and the challenges injured workers face.
Attorney Robinson is committed to providing aggressive yet compassionate representation. She personally guides her clients through the legal process, helping them overcome the bureaucratic hurdles that can stand between injured workers and the medical care and financial benefits they need. Her experience includes complex workplace injury claims, including severe injuries, long-term disability benefits, and cases involving the death of a loved one.
Attorney Robinson earned her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University Law School in 1986 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1987. She is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and maintains memberships in the Bar Association of Lehigh County and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
In 2015, she achieved certification as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law, as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
