No Out-of-Pocket Fees for Workers’ Compensation Clients
If you hire Robinson Law LLC for a workers’ compensation claim, you don’t pay anything out of pocket. We’re paid on a contingent fee basis, meaning the workers’ compensation insurance carrier pays our fee directly from your wage loss benefits. Your own funds aren't used to pay our fee directly.
The Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act generally sets the contingent fee at 20% of wage loss benefits. That limit is set by state law, not by us. Before any fee is collected, a Workers’ Compensation Judge has to review and approve the fee agreement, so the process is court-supervised from the start.
