I reached out to Attorney Paula Robinson via her website back in June of 2023, inquiring about a possibility of filing a workers' comp claim. My claim was almost 3 years old, and I was not sure if I had much of a case. Paula contacted me within hours of my inquiry. Paula told me up front that because I did not go for an exam, etc., when I initially injured my back that I did not have much of a case, but she would file the claim for me.
